Double-shaft Shredder (RDS)

RDS Double-shaft Shredder is specially designed formaterial of greater volume, thickness and hardness. The intelligent design oflow speed rotor and high torque cutters translates into the advantages of lownoise level, low power consumption and high throughput. It can also function aspre-shredding solution in multiple recycling systems.

Design

The material to be shredded is drawninto the cutting chamber by the teeth (B) on the cutting discs (A). The cuttersare arranged in an overlapping pattern therefore ensuring both horizontal andvertical cut of the material. On the bottom, the material is removed bystripping bars (C) and discharged downwards.
